（中央社記者劉麗榮台北16日電）國民黨發言人楊偉中今天指出，國民黨考紀會已對李全教做出停權處分，就是尊重司法、勿枉勿縱，請民進黨主席蔡英文尊重制度，讓台南市長賴清德的傲慢到此為止，進入議會備詢。
對於賴清德今天表示，若台南市議長李全教向社會道歉並不再干擾司法審判，他願進議會。
楊偉中今天表示，根據地方制度法，赴議會備詢是地方首長應盡的義務，也是對市民的責任；既然是天經地義的事，為何在民進黨首長眼中會需要有附帶前提？
對於蔡英文說，賴清德已展現誠意，國民黨應儘快處理這件事，讓議會正常運作。楊偉中指出，國民黨考紀會已對李全教做出停權處分，且國民黨的立場一貫清楚，就是尊重司法、勿枉勿縱，在司法判決結果出爐前，不應設定任何前提。
楊偉中表示，也請蔡英文及民進黨尊重司法、尊重制度，讓賴清德的傲慢到此為止，無條件的進入議會備詢。1040616
